The tiddler toolbar contains a list of commands related to individual tiddler (e.g. edit, or permalink).
Toolbar commands are defined in the ToolbarCommands shadow tiddler.
Before TiddlyWiki v2.4.0, the toolbar commands were defined directly in the ViewTemplate, as well as in the EditTemplate, which is where the Toolbar macro resides.

permalink | Permalink for this tiddler |
references | Show tiddlers that link to this one |
jump | Jump to another open tiddler |
syncing | Control synchronization of this tiddler with a server or external file |
fields | Show the extended fields of this tiddler |

- | marks the cancel action (invoked when the ESC key is pressed)

> | creates the More button; any items following this definition will only show up after clicking on the More button in the toolbar |
