[edit] bugs

Due to the following (known) shortcomings of TW's wikifier, there are a few "bugs" in the current draft:

• no multi-line content in tables (thus the somewhat awkward display of block elements)
• problematic handling of inner and outer brackets (trying to display "{{{" inside a monospaced block ends said block; same goes for "<<<" inside blockquotes)

I have marked all problematic sections with /% DEBUG: ... %/ - so if anyone has some idea on how to improve this, please give it a try.
