This Shadow tiddler defines the respective document's title. The title and subtitle appear both in the page header and in the site title (the browser window's title bar).
The title can be changed by editing the contents (not the name) of the SiteTitle tiddler.
The contents of the browser's title bar can be changed as described here (cf. ticket #401).
