This shadow tiddler defines the respective document's subtitle (sometimes called "tagline"). The SiteTitle and SiteSubtitle appear both in the page header and in the site title (the browser window's title bar).
The subtitle can be changed by editing the contents (not the name) of the SiteSubtitle tiddler.
